The 2022 school year started in mid March, and it’s mostly in person with much anticipation. We are always thrilled to see how many females there are attending the schools in the areas we work. The nutritious lunch program covers aproximately 250 students, offering a very hearty and complete daily meal. Late 2021 we were able to get nine desk tops to Patahuasi, they are getting good use. We are still providing a computer tutor for this year to help them reclaim the loss of school during the pandemic. We are also with plans to create a sewing room equipped with machines and other tools needed to succeed. The sewing room will be available to all in the community of Patahuasi.
